A group has been formed to campaign for the release of Ms Roisin McAliskey, who is in an English prison facing extradition to Germany in connection with the IRA bombing of a British army base.
The Roisin McAliskey Justice Group is demanding that Ms McAliskey be granted bail at her next hearing in London on Friday.
Ms McAliskey, who is five months pregnant, has protested her innocence of involvement in the IRA attack on the Osnabruck barracks last June.
The group appealed to the German authorities to allow her bail. It claimed the British authorities had vindictively persuaded their German counterparts to oppose bail even though her mother, Ms Bernadette McAliskey, had secured over £250,000 in bail sureties.
