Johannesburg - The South African Foreign Minister, Mr Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma has complained to Britain that comments by the Minister for Africa, Mr Peter Hain, during a holiday in South Africa were "deeply offensive".
He said in a letter to the British Foreign Secretary, Mr Robin Cook - published by a South African daily on Wednesday - that Mr Hain had criticised South Africa's policy on Zimbabwe in an interview with the local Sunday Independent newspaper.
