London - Snow White and six of her seven dwarves are missing - believed stolen - from the garden of a home in Lyme Green, near Macclesfield, Cheshire. Only Happy was left behind and police believe they are being held hostage. The only clue is a Christmas card sent to their owners, the Connor family. It reads: "To Mum, Dad and Happy. Missing you loads, Snow White and six friends."
