Golf:Pádraig Harrington first win in two years has moved him back into the world's top 20. The Dubliner won the Iskandar Johor Open in Malaysia yesterday - having led the field from start to finish - picking up his first winner's cheque since claiming the US PGA Championship in 2008.
The win moves him from 22nd in the world to 19th, edging Open winner Louis Oosthuizen out to 20th.
After finishing in a tie for sixth in the Portugal Masters, fellow Dubliner Peter Lawrie has jumped from 138th to 122nd in the rankings, one behind Shane Lowry.
Australia’s Richard Green, who won the Algarve event, has moved from 110th to 64th.
The biggest jump in the rankings, however, came from American Rocco Mediate, who claimed his first PGA Tour victory since 2002 when winning the Frys.com Open.
The 47-year-old rocketed from 450th in the world to 221st.
