Ireland's Padraig Harrington fired a second consecutive 67 today to take a share of the clubhouse lead halfway through the second round of the Buick Open.
Harrington tops the leaderboard at 10-under-par with New Zealand's Simon Perks and Canadian Ian Leggatt, who followed their opening 66's with a pair of 68's over the Warwick Hills Country Club layout.
Americans Jeff Maggert, Phil Mickelson, Jay Williamson and Jay Don Blake share fourth place at nine-under-par.
Williamson made the biggest move of the American quartet, posting a seven-under 65.
Leggatt failed to finish higher than 30th in his first 17 PGA events this season before tying for seventh at the John Deere Classic two weeks.
Perks is also showing signs of finding his form after missing 15 of 19 cuts this season, although he did manage a joint-second finish at the Honda Classic.
First-round co-leaders Jim Furyk and Brian Henninger, both of whom began the day at eight-under, are currently on the front nine of their second rounds. -Reuters
