The Mid Western Regional Hospital in Limerick and University College Cork are inviting applications for the post of consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist and senior lecturer. The position, which commands a salary of €189,963, involves three sessions at UCC and eight sessions at the Mid West Regional Hospital.

Also in Cork, the South Infirmary Victoria University Hospital is looking for a consultant cardiologist (€147,099-€160,504). The hospital is also seeking an audiologist and a clinical nurse specialist in infection control.

Kerry General Hospital is looking for a consultant in emergency medicine (€164,516) and Galway regional hospitals are seeking a consultant histopathologist with a special interest in cytology (€173,232).

Dublin City University is looking for an associate professor/professor of health services research to expand the research portfolio of its school of nursing. The position commands a salary of €81,000-€108,000 (associate) or €105,000-€136,000 (professor).

The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland is looking for a research lecturer for its department of surgery. The post-holder will lead a research group on breast cancer within the department.

The Galway Clinic is looking to hire a clinical specialist sonographer as well as senior radiographers.
