Are you eating the recommended two servings of fish per week?
Fish is an important part of a healthy diet and is rich in omega-3 fats, protein, vitamin D and many other nutrients.
According to the Harvard School of Public Health, there is strong evidence that eating fish is good for the heart and also may reduce the risk of stroke, depression, Alzheimer's disease and other conditions. Also, worries about contaminants such as mercury have not been sufficient to recommend limiting fish intake.
So keep fish in mind when doing your weekly shop, and remember that one of the servings should be fatty fish like salmon, herring, mackerel, anchovies or sardines.
