Glenstal Abbey in Co Limerick is the venue for a workshop on meditation, breath and posture on Saturday, August 25th. Children’s charity Barnardos is calling on mums, dads, grandparents, aunts and uncles to partake in the Barnardos Buggy Push in Phoenix Park on Sunday, September 2nd. The five kilometre challenge is suitable for walkers, fun runners and more serious athletes. Women's Aid is seeking volunteers for its national helpline. Prospective volunteers must be good listeners with fluent English and an interest in women's issues.
