** The ARC cancer support centres now offer free yoga classes for people with specific cancers as well as general drop-in yoga classes. A yoga class for men with prostate cancer is held on Mondays at 12.30pm in ARC, 65 Eccles Street, Dublin 7, tel: 01-8307333. ** Aromatherapist Fiona Hedigan has developed “courage packs” for cancer patients. These include personal inhalers with essential oils to deal with nausea and anxiety, and cost €10.
