** The role of aromatherapy in healthcare is the theme of National Aromatherapy Week which runs from March 22nd to 28th.

Aromatherapists registered with the Aromatherapy Council will give free or reduced price massage at various venues throughout the country.

** A two-day workshop in meditation goes ahead on Saturday and Sunday in Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross, Dublin.

** The Daisy Chain Trust is a new initiative which offers osteopathic treatment to children and babies with special needs on a donation-only basis.

** Arthritis Ireland is encouraging people to get themselves walking buddies for a regular exercise routine in preparation for its fundraising event, Get Your Joints In Motion Walking Challenge, on Saturday, May 8th.
