If you are building healthier habits, avoiding temptation can help to keep you on the right path. Maybe you want to cut down on sugar and unhealthy fats or ditch the smokes, but you find the sight of a packet of biscuits or cigarettes can pose a threat to your willpower?

In that case maybe it’s best to avoid having these temptations in the house - of if someone else has them in the house or at work, ask that they be stored out of your sight.
