Keep water to hand

Most of us could do with taking a little extra water on board. And if you have recently started increasing the amount of physical exercise you take, it’s important to keep hydrated.

One way to bring up your water intake is to keep it to hand. Put a bottle of water on your desk, start the morning with it full and take sips during the day. Or if you tend to spend a bit of time in the car, place a fresh bottle of water in the cup holder each morning.
