COPING WITH LOSS:Coping with Life's Losses is the theme of an open day run by the Bereavement Counselling Service and the Carers Association on Saturday, April 28th. It will run from 10am-1pm at the Davis Theatre, Arts Building, Trinity College Dublin.

PAINTING PAIN:The Portraits of Pain is the title of an art exhibition whose aim is to help people understand better the experiences of sufferers of nerve (neuropathic) pain.
The exhibition, which will open on Saturday in Filmbase, Temple Bar, Dublin has artworks made by students from the National College of Art and Design, in partnership with people who suffer from nerve pain.
HEALTH ROUTINE:Popular nutritionist and author Patrick Holford is teaming up with psychocalisthenics teacher Nora Stewart, for a health weekend workshop on April 28th and 29th at Cultivate, Temple Bar, Dublin.
The workshop will combine a detailed nutritional programme with the teaching of psychocalisthenics, a 15-minute daily routine of breathing and movement exercises, which exercises all of the major muscles and ligaments in the body.
