Health Sector Jobs: The growth of the private hospital sector continues with three new facilities due to open in Dublin now recruiting.

The Hermitage Medical Clinic, a 101-bed hospital due to open in Lucan this summer, is seeking a chief executive, clinical staff at all levels, technical, administrative and support staff.

With its executive team in place, the Beacon Hospital in Sandyford, Dublin is looking to fill a range of middle management positions. These include a diagnostic imaging manager, operating theatre manager, critical care unit nurse manager and intensive care unit manager.

Charter Medical Group, which plans to open a medical diagnostic facility in Smithfield, Dublin this summer, is recruiting a radiography services manager as well as radiographers and general nurses for the facility.

Victoria University Hospital in Cork is seeking to fill a new post of consultant anaesthetist for its 225-bed facility. The category I post comes with a salary of €154,905.

Bon Secours Hospital is looking for a consultant respiratory physician for its 345-bed facility in Cork as well as theatre nurses to work in the redeveloped 90-bed facility in Galway.

Dublin City University is seeking a new head for its School of Nursing, following the promotion of Prof Anne Scott to vice-president. The professorship of nursing comes with a salary of €103,343-€132,971 and is based at the purpose-built school.

Trinity College Dublin is seeking a curriculum adviser to the school of medicine. The post comes with a salary of €32,140-€73,679.

Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology is looking for four general nursing lecturers, a lecturer in human biological sciences and a lecturer in psychiatric nursing. The salary scale for lecturers is €50,507-€79,854.
