Now take a big breath in. Hold for a few seconds and then exhale. Doesn’t that feel better?
Taking a few deep breaths is a quick and easy pick-me-up you can do just about anywhere, and it is particularly helpful if you remember to take a breather when you are feeling stressed, nervous or about to lose your cool.
