Athletics:Paul Hession has yet again raised the bar for Irish athletics by setting another national record at the National Senior Track and Field Championships in Santry.
The sprinter beat his own record of 20.44 seconds with a run of 20.30 in the 200 metre final. David Hynes of Wexford was a full 1.30 seconds behind the Galway man.
Hession beat Paul Brizzell's record only last week and currently holds the 100 metre record of 10.18 seconds.
Today's feat was the seventh time this season that Hession has broken a national record.
