Baghdad - Three Iraqis were injured yesterday during strikes by US and British planes against civilian targets in the north of the country, an Iraqi military spokesman said.
"Enemy planes bombed civilian installations and camps in Nineveh province where three citizens were injured," said the spokesman, quoted by the official Iraqi INA news agency.
Earlier, US military officials at the Incirlik base in southern Turkey said US warplanes bombed Iraqi military targets in the northern "no-fly" zone after the aircraft were illuminated by radar.
