A road crash which claimed five lives in Co Monaghan last July led to emotional scenes at an inquest yesterday.
Relatives were in tears as they heard the details of a collision between a car and a milk tanker which almost wiped out an entire family.
The accident happened at a "black spot" known as Swanns' Cross junction between Monaghan and Cootehill.
Ms Catherine Curtis (35), from Muff, Co Meath, died in the crash along with her nine-year-old son Wayne and four-year-old daughter Shauna. The other victims were her nephew Gary (9) and her niece Gemma (14).
They were on their way to begin a holiday in Co Donegal. Ms Curtis's husband, who was driving, and a young baby escaped serious injury. The tanker driver received minor injuries.
Verdicts in accordance with the medical evidence were returned on all five victims at the coroner's court.
