EDINBURGH - A fatal accident inquiry is to be held into the Scottish food poisoning outbreak which has so far claimed seven lives.
Scotland's most senior law officer, the Lord Advocate, Lord Mackay, said he would order a fatal accident inquiry to be held into the deaths.
