A woman whose parents were killed in the Shankill bomb lost her legal challenge yesterday to Dr Mo Mowlam's ruling that the IRA ceasefire has not broken down.
Ms Michelle Williamson was not in the High Court in Belfast to hear Mr Justice Kerr dismiss her application for judicial review.
