An Iraqi militant group has posted a video on the internet it claimed showed the killing of a US security consultant it had abducted earlier this month.
The Islamic Army in Iraq had announced earlier this month that it had killed the man, identified as Ronald Schultz, because the US government had not fulfilled its demands, which included freeling all Iraqi prisoners and compensation for Iraqi families.
The brief video showed a gunman repeatedly shooting an automatic weapon at a blindfolded man who was kneeling on the ground. It did not show his face.
