Cricket: Ireland suffered a five-wicket defeat at the hands of West Indies today as the two sides prepared for the ICC World Twenty20 with a warm-up match in Wormsley.
Ireland opted to bat after winning the toss, but they were bowled out for 119 in 19.2 overs, Lionel Baker inflicting the greatest damage with three wickets and two catches.
It took 17.5 overs for the West Indies to reach their target, with the runs shared out between their top order.
Denesh Ramdin finished their innings as top-scorer with an unbeaten 24 to complete a comfortable victory at the John Paul Getty Ground.
