Luas: There will be no Luas service on the Red or Green lines on Tuesday morning due to damage at a technical room at the Red Cow depot. It is currently unclear when services will resume."It will take time to investigate the damage caused and time to repair. We are not able to give an estimate in relation to the time it will take," the company said in a statement. Luas said it will hold a meeting at noon on Tuesday and will issue an update afterwards.
Buses: Bus Éireann will run a full schedule of services from 5am on Tuesday, with the exception of services provided under the School Transport Scheme.
Dublin Bus: The company said its service would resume from the first bus on Tuesday morning.

Swords Express: The Swords Express service was suspended from 11.15am on Monday but the company expects full service to resume on Tuesday morning.
Rail: Iarnród Éireann said full services would be restored on Tuesday, with minor exceptions, subject to overnight inspections.
The 5.50am train from Cork to Heuston, the 9.45am from Westport to Heuston and all Limerick to Ballybrophy via Nenagh services will not run on Tuesday.
Schools and Colleges: The Department of Education ordered all schools and colleges to close on Monday. It said all schools would be closed on Tuesday also while it was up to colleges to decide what to do. All schools and further education institutes in the North closed on Monday and will remain so on Tuesday. All local RehabCare resource centres and National Learning Network centres are closed today and will remain closed tomorrow.
The University of Limerick, NUI Galway, University College Cork, UCD, Trinity College, Queen's University Belfast and Waterford Institute of Technology will all re-open on Tuesday. UCC advised that conferrings would take place later in the day than originally suggested.
Post: Postal services will resume on Tuesday, however some post offices will remain closed due to power outages.
HSE: The HSE said there would be delays to their services but they expected to gradually return to normal over the coming days.
Outpatient services should be fully available on Tuesday but some elective surgeries will be cancelled. HSE offices will be open to staff. Full details here.
Dublin City Council: The council said it expected all offices and services to be open on Tuesday as normal as well as the Just Eat dublinbike stations.

Airports:
Dublin Airport: About 130 flights were cancelled at Dublin Airport on Monday. Ryanair has announced the cancellation of dozens of services from all Irish airports.
Cork Airport: All departures have now been cancelled for the rest of the day, although a number of arrivals are still scheduled for this evening.
Shannon Airport: The vast majority of flights into and out of Shannon Airport up to 7pm have also been cancelled.
It has advised intending passengers to check the status of their flight with their airline before travelling. It will post operational updates on social media.
Kerry Airport: All flights cancelled on Monday.
Knock Airport: All Ryanair services have been cancelled on Monday. Flybe services to the UK are currently listed as operating normally.
Airlines:
Ryanair and Aer Lingus have both cancelled dozens of flights to and from all Irish airports. Other operators have also been affected. Passengers are advised to check the status of their flights prior to departure.
Ferries: All Irish Ferries crossings between Dublin and Holyhead have been cancelled, along with all Stena services from Ireland with the exception of the 11.30pm sailing from Belfast to Cairnryan.
All Aran island ferry sailings to and from Ros-a-Mhil, Co Galway, have been cancelled, as have Aer Arann flights from Indreabhán in Connemara.
The Passage East ferry in Waterford has suspended sailings.
Retailers: Dunnes Stores, Penneys, Debenhams, Heatons, Argos, Marks & Spencer, Brown Thomas, Arnotts, Ikea and Easons are among the retailers that have ceased operations on Monday. All Tesco stores have now closed, and will only reopen "when it is safe to do so". It has also cancelled all home deliveries on Monday.
Some Supervalus have also been shuttered, and Insomnia Coffee has closed a number of its outlets.
Banks: Bank of Ireland has closed all its branches across Dublin, Ulster, Connacht and Munster, and is keeping the status of other branches under review. AIB has also closed dozens of branches around the country.
Permanent TSB has closed all branches as well as its head office, and Ulster Bank has closed all branches in the Republic with all branches in Northern Ireland shutting from 1pm.
Businesses: Ibec has encouraged all businesses to "minimise the movement of employees" on Monday. Dublin Chamber of Commerce has said employees should be encouraged to work from home and employers should remain flexible over the next 24 hours.
HSE: All hospital outpatient appointments were cancelled on Monday. Hospital appointments were also cancelled in Northern Ireland.
Courts: Most court sittings were postponed nationally on Monday. All courts in Northern Ireland finished at 12.30pm. As of Monday evening the courts are scheduled to sit on Tuesday as normal. Postponed cases from Monday will be rescheduled.
Passport office: The Department of Foreign Affairs has said it has decided to close all offices, including the Passport Offices in Dublin and Cork city and the Irish Aid office in Limerick City.
New citizens: The Department of Justice has postponed all citizenship ceremonies scheduled to take place at the Convention Centre in Dublin on Monday. More than 3,000 people were due to attend.
Driving tests: The Road Safety Authority has said there will be no driving tests on Monday. Candidates scheduled to take their driving test should not attend and the authority will reschedule appointments.
Social Welfare: All customer appointments with the Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection are cancelled on Monday. This includes appointments for appeal hearings and appointments with JobPath contractors. Payments will not be affected due to this and affected customers will be contacted by the department to make rearrangements.
Parks and roads: Coillte has said all of its forests will be closed until further notice. Killarney National Park will close for the day, as will the Cliffs of Moher visitor centre. Marlay Park, Cabinteely Park, Deerpark and Killiney Hill.
The Marina in Cork is closed due to the inclement weather, as is Tramore Prom. The Cliffs of Moher visitor centre has also been shuttered for the rest of the day.
A stand in Cork City's Turner's Cross ground has collapsed, jeopardising the potentially title-deciding Airtricity League clash with Derry City which had already been postponed from Monday. The game will go ahead on Tuesday at 7.20pm with the Derrynane stand closed.
Waste collection: Greyhound has announced that all collections due for Monday will be deferred to Saturday, October 21st. Waste collection services have also ceased in Galway city.
