A 53-year-old man has been killed following a crash in Co Donegal.
The man, who was named locally as John O’Donnell, was killed following the crash in Ballybofey after 8pm last night.
It is understood the incident involved a 4x4 vehicle and a van at Welchtown on the outskirts of the town.
The person in the other vehicle was badly injured.

The scene was preserved by gardaí overnight and an investigation into the cause of the crash will take place this morning.
