The cold snap continues across most parts of the country with Met Éireann issuing a yellow weather warning that will continue until 10 am on Monday.

AA Roadwatch have warned that ice persists in many places on Sunday and is causing dangerous driving conditions in Donegal, Leitrim, Mayo, Galway, Clare, Limerick, Tipperary, Laois, Carlow, Longford, Wicklow and Cork. Motorists are warned to drive with caution on secondary routes.
