Woman dies in house fire in Co Wicklow

Two teenagers escape the fire and are being treated in Crumlin Children’s Hospital

A woman in her forties has died in a house fire in Enniskerry, Co Wicklow, this morning.

The fire was reported at the house in Monastery Grove shortly before 5am.

Two children in their early teens escaped the fire. They are understood to be the children of the dead woman.

They have been taken to Crumlin Children’s Hospital.
