It was confirmed today that the Newcourt Group has bought Dublin-based Security Technology Ireland (STI) for €2 million.
STI had turnover in excess of €1 million and pretax profit of around €250,000 in 2005. Net assets acquired are in excess of €1.3 million, Newcourt said.
