An Irish truck driver has been freed from a Greek jail after winning his appeal against a conviction for importing contraband cigarettes.
Mr Eamon Donnellan (23) from Culkeen, Cloonfad, Co Roscommon has been in jail since July serving a three-and-a-half year sentence. A lorry driven by Mr Donnellan was stopped at the Greek port of Patras in July.
