An Irishman is to appear at a French court tomorrow following his arrest at the Franco-Spanish border on Monday by customs officials who found four tonnes of cannabis in his truck.
Custom officials stopped his vehicle in the town of Parthus and found the cannabis hidden in 238 packages under sand.
