Italy coach John Kirwan has made three changes to the team that lost to Ireland for Sunday's Six Nations match against England at Twickenham.

Mirco Bergamasco comes in at full-back for Paolo Vaccari who moves from that position into the centre to replace injured veteran Alessandro Stoica.

Argentina-born Ramiro Pez, who plays for English club Rotherham, fills in at fly-half for the rested Diego Dominguez.

The other change sees Rotherham forward Marc Ciachieri replace the injured Marco Bortolami.
