Soccer:The Italian Football Federation has ruled out a replay with Serbia following the abandonment of their Euro 2012 qualifier.

The game, which was played in Genoa last week, was halted after just six minutes due to crowd trouble and objects being thrown onto the pitch.

There was also trouble outside the stadium before and after the game which left 16 people injured in clashes.

Uefa have opened up an investigation into the trouble and a disciplinary panel will hear the case on October 28th.

The Serbian Football Association indicated they would appeal to Uefa to replay the game, but the Italian Football Federation do not think that is n option.

Federation general director Antonello Valentini says that accepting Serbia's request for a replay would be like giving "a gift to the Serbia squad".
