MR John Gilligan, who is detained in Britain, is to take a legal action claiming the Proceeds of Crime Act 1996, which set up the Criminal Assets Bureau, is unconstitutional, the High Court was told yesterday.
Mr Justice Kelly said the action should be heard quickly and fixed Tuesday, March 18th, for the hearing.
