Formula One team Jordan were given a cash boost today after signing a three-year extension of their partnership with Puma.

Formula One team Jordan were given a cash boost today after signing a three-year extension of their partnership with Puma.

The deal, which began in 2001, will see Puma branding feature on the race wear of the drivers and pit crew as well the uniforms of all mechanics, engineers and team managers until the end of 2005.

Team chief Eddie Jordan announced at the weekend that finding new sponsorship was his priority ahead of selecting a second driver having lost the backing of main sponsors Deutsche Post.

"We are very proud of our association with Puma and I am delighted to extend the partnership," said Jordan.
