Crime journalist Paul Williams has named in court the people he believes killed gang leader “Marlo” Hyland and innocent plumber Anthony Campbell.

Mr Williams gave evidence in Dublin Circuit Criminal Court alleging Willie Hynes and John Mangan were responsible for the December 2006 double murder, and that the late Eamon Dunne acted as the getaway driver.

The Sun on Sundayreporter was testifying in the trial of Joseph Warren (30), accused of taking part in a raid on a cash van with Dunne. Mr Warren claims Dunne forced him to take part and told him he "would be on top of Marlo" if he did not.

Mr Warren, Belclare Crescent, Ballymun, has pleaded not guilty to conspiring to steal cash from Chubb Ireland at Tesco, Shackleton Road, Celbridge, on November 2nd, 2007. Evidence has finished in the trial and the jury will hear closing speeches today.
