Judgment is to be given in the High Court on Tuesday on an application by the Director of Public Prosecutions for an order allowing five men to be charged in connection with the £3 million cannabis seizure in Tallaght, Co Dublin. Three of the men were represented at the hearing before Mrs Justice McGuinness, but the court was told gardai had been unable to serve notice of proceedings on two others.
