JUDGMENT was reserved by the Supreme Court yesterday in an appeal by Radio Limerick One against the High Court's dismissal of its challenge to a decision to terminate its licence.
The High Court rejected the radio station's action against the Independent Radio and Television Commission last October 14th.
Notice of the termination of the station's licence was served by the IRTC last February. It was alleged there had been a number of breaches of its contract under the Radio and Television Act, 1988.
