The jury in the trial at the Central Criminal Court of a Dublin man charged with raping his teenage sister-in-law 30 years ago has been discharged. Mr Justice Finnegan ended the trial on the second day of the hearing. The man (57) denies six charges of rape and indecent assault on the now 41-yearold woman between December 1970 and April 1974. He was remanded on continuing bail to December 21st.
