The jury hearing the case against three men charged with the murder of a teenager in south Dublin suburb last year, is due to retired to deliberate tomorrow.
At the Central Criminal Court today, Mr Justice Barry White began giving direction to the jury of seven women and five men and is expected to complete his charge tomorrow.
The jury will be considering its verdicts in the trial of Mr Brian Willoughby (24) Orwell Park, Templeogue, Mr Neal Barbour (20) Domville Road, Templeogue and a third man - a teenager - who cannot be named for legal reasons.
All three deny the murder of Mr Brian Mulvaney on March 11th, 2002 at Templeogue. Mr Mulvaney died from inhalation of blood after being set upon and beaten.
