Kerry Group and The Netherlands' DSM NV are among the final bidders for Chr Hansen's Ingredients operations, daily Boersenreported today.
Chr Hansen and financial adviser Carnegie have significantly narrowed the group of bidders for the Ingredients business, it said.
Equity funds are also among the bidders, such as EQT, CVC Capital Partners and Apax, it said.
Chr Hansen declined to comment on the sales process, but its chairman, Mr Joergen Worning, said it is ongoing and "could take the most of 2005 before it is finalised," the daily reported.
