Fixture News: All-Ireland champions Kerry will travel to Croke Park for their quarter-final encounter in this year's championship, it emerged this evening.
The Central Competitions Control Committee confirmed Pat O'Shea's team will line out at headquarters against one of the sides who come through the third round of Qualifiers.
Croke Park will also be used for one of the hurling semi-finals on Sunday, August 12th. It means the schedule for that particular day will see Waterford or Cork take on Clare or Limerick with the All-Ireland minor hurling quarter-final serving as the curtain-raiser.
Dublin's next match at headquarters will be the Saturday of that weekend (11th) when they too take on one of the Qualifiers, just like Kerry. The Nicky Rackard Cup final will precede this match.
