GAA:Donegal will take on Kerry in the All-Ireland football quarter-finals after tonight's draw pitted the Ulster champions against Jack O'Connor's side. Kerry could be without Paul Galvin for the tie after he was dismissed during their facile win over Clare in the qualifiers earlier this evening.
Dublin manager Pat Gilroy will be relatively pleased with the draw, the All-Ireland champions draw against Laois as they avoided the likes of Kerry and Kildare. Kildare’s reward for hammering Sligo at Dr Hyde Park was a meeting with Cork while the final fixture will see Connacht champions Mayo take on Down.
For Kerry, a question mark remains over Paul Galvin’s availability after he received his marching orders in the Gaelic Grounds. There was some confusion at the Limerick venue whether Galvin received a straight red or two yellows for a high challenge, a straight red automatically ruling him out of the next game.
