Rome - Sardinian kidnappers holding a northern Italian businessman, Mr Giuseppe Soffiantini, since June have sent a piece of his right ear to the national television station, Canale 5.
The kidnappers sent a piece of Mr Soffiantini's left ear to his family in November.
