Munster coach Declan Kidney delayed naming his starting XV to face Llanelli in the European Cup Quarter-final at Thomond Park on Saturday.

Kidney still has several injury worries to consider but will definitely be without the services of David Wallace. The flanker has been ruled out because of an ongoing shoulder problem.

There are also doubts over scrum-half Peter Stringer, still nursing a knock, while centre Mick Mullins is recovering from a bout of flu, but neither have been ruled out at this stage.

Kidney also named Anthony Foley and Mick O’Driscoll in his initial selection but it will not be known until Friday when the final selection is made if both have fully recovered from their previous encounters earlier this month.
