A Kildare man (75) has pleaded guilty at Dublin Central Criminal Court to 32 sample charges of raping his daughter between 1961 and 1976.
James McGarr of Our Lady's Place, Naas, has been placed on the sex offenders register and has been remanded on continuing bail until sentence on March 14th, 2005.
Mr Justice Carney heard that the victim in this case waived her right to anonymity.
