Tickets for next year's annual Oxegen music festival are to go on sale from midnight with Kings of Leon confirmed as one of the headline acts.
For three days in July, Punchestown Racecourse will again become a campsite hosting multiple concerts on various stages.
Priced at €197.50, pre-sale tickets to the festival will be available exclusively to registered fans from midnight tonight until November 30th when tickets sales will be opened to the general public for the festival at Punchestown Racecourse Co Kildare.
The annual festival, attracts around 80,000 people from Ireland and Europe, and the organisers hope the turnout for the 2008 event will be just as successful.
Speaking today Kings of Leon's singer, Caleb Followill, said: "We love playing in Ireland, the fans are brilliant and we can't wait to play Oxegen 2008".
Keen to keep the event green, event organisers are encouraging festival-goers to use public transport and have arranged shuttle services provided by Dublin Bus and Marathon Travel to carry festival-goers to the event.
There is a restriction of four tickets per person.
