New York - President Vojislav Kostunica has acknowledged that Yugoslav security forces committed genocide in Kosovo and said he was ready to take responsibility for crimes committed by his predecessor, Mr Slobodan Milosevic.
In an interview with CBS's 60 Minutes II, to be broadcast today, Nr Kostunica said: "I am ready to, how to say, to accept the guilt for all those people who have been killed so I'm trying to, taking responsibility for what happened on my part. For what Milosevic had done and as a Serb I will take responsibility for many of these, these crimes."
