Mick O'Dwyer's task in his final campaign with Laois will not get any easier following defeat to Dublin this afternoon, after it was confirmed today that his side will meet Tyrone in the All-Ireland football qualifiers.

O'Dwyer was undoubtedly looking for a more straight forward draw but will have to pick his men up after humiliation at headquarters and pit his wits against Mickey Harte.

In another Leinster-Ulster clash O'Dwyer's former charges Kildare will meet Derry, who were knocked out of running for their provincial title by finalists Donegal.

Tommy Breheny's Sligo side will contest an all-Connacht qualifier with Leitrim, while Monaghan will meet either Offaly or Wexford who play in the Leinster semi-final next Sunday.
