Some 4,000 people took part in today’s Gay Pride Parade in Dublin.
The Dublin Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Pride Parade set off from Parnell Square at 2 p.m. and made its way to the Civic Offices amphitheatre on Wood Quay.
A "Pride in the Park" party took place there from 3-6 p.m.
The parade is the focal point of a two-week-long Gay Pride festival, which began on June 17th and ends tomorrow and has been an annual event since 1992.
