Leitrim 1-9 Sligo 1-8:A late point from a Michael Duignan '45 helped Leitrim earn their first win in the FBD Connacht Football League in Tourlestrane tonight.
Late first-half points from Adrian Marren and John Scanlon gave Sligo a 0-6 to 0-4 lead at half-time.
Benny O’Reilly’s goal four minutes after the break increased that lead, but Colm Clarke found the net in the 40th minute to level the game, before substitute Duignan made his vital late contribution.
