Aidan McCullen has been recalled to the Leinster side to face Ulster in the Celtic League at Donnybrook on Friday night.
The flanker will take the place of Ireland's Eric Miller following his return to fitness from a fractured forearm.
Miller is still suffering from a shoulder injury which ruled him out of Ireland's warm weather training camp prior to Christmas.
Gordon D'arcy is named at full back but coach Gary Ella is confident that competition for the position will intensify as Girvan Dempsey continues to recover well from a slight hamstring strain.
Felipe Contepomi is expected to make his home debut on Friday having been named as replacement out-half.
Earlier today Alan Solomans named an unchanged Ulster side for the match.
Matt Mustchin remains at lock, keeping Ireland's Gary Longwell on the bench, while Paddy Wallace will stay at full-back.
The game is scheduled to start at 7.35pm.
